Yes. Your agent can have its own name (what it says when a caller asks who it is), and it greets as your business. Name and voice are both optional; leave them unset and your agent uses a natural default voice with no name. Your callers never hear "Allison" — that is the AI that builds and supports your agent behind the scenes.
No. Voice and name are included on every plan, and they do not affect your call minutes. Minutes are the only variable on any plan.
Anytime. Update either in Settings and it takes effect on the next call. If you run more than one location, each can have its own voice.
Your agent identifies itself as AI when asked and whenever disclosure is appropriate; honesty is non-negotiable. The voices are natural enough for a real conversation, but your agent never pretends to be a person.
Not yet. You pick from the curated set above, which is tuned for clarity on a phone call. Cloned or custom-recorded voices are not supported today, and the voices are English-only for now.
