Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're unhappy with Allison Voice for any reason within 14 days of your first subscription payment, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This applies to your first subscription only. To request a refund, email team@allisonvoice.com within 14 days of your initial payment.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment for 12 months at a discounted rate.
- Within 30 days of purchase: You may request a prorated refund for the remaining unused months. The refund is calculated based on the number of full months remaining, minus the difference between the annual discount and the standard monthly rate for months already used.
- After 30 days: No refund is issued, but your subscription remains active through the end of the 12-month period. You can cancel to prevent auto-renewal.
Additional AI Minutes
Additional AI minutes (usage beyond your plan's included minutes) represent services already rendered and are non-refundable. AI minutes are only counted when the agent is actively engaged — ringing, hold time, and human-to-human conversation after a transfer are never counted.
Payment Failures & Grace Periods
If a payment fails, your subscription enters a grace period — 7 days for monthly plans, 14 days for annual plans. During the grace period, your agent continues working normally while we attempt to process payment. You'll receive email reminders with instructions to update your payment method.
If payment is not resolved by the end of the grace period, your subscription is cancelled and your phone number is suspended.
Account Termination for Violations
If your account is terminated by Allison Voice for violation of our Terms of Service — including abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or security violations — all prepaid fees are forfeited and no refund will be issued, regardless of plan type or remaining time. Any outstanding charges, including additional AI minutes used, remain due and payable.
The 14-day money-back guarantee, annual prorated refund, and all other refund provisions in this policy apply only to accounts in good standing.
How to Request a Refund
Email team@allisonvoice.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We process refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
