How AI Minutes Work

AI minutes count only when your agent is actively engaged — greeting callers, listening, reasoning, and speaking. Ringing, human-to-human conversation after a transfer, and voicemail playback do not count.

Each plan includes a base allocation of AI minutes. Usage beyond that is billed as additional AI minutes at the published per-minute rate for your tier. There is no circuit breaker — your agent never stops answering the phone.

Rounding is applied once per billing period, not per call. Short calls are not penalized.
