  • Same monthly minute allotment — minutes reset each month
  • Overage still billed monthly (not annually)

How AI Minutes Are Counted

You're only charged for time your agent is actively working.

Counts as AI minutes

  • Greeting the caller
  • Listening and processing speech
  • Reasoning and generating a response
  • Speaking to the caller

Does NOT count

  • Ringing (before the agent picks up)
  • Human-to-human conversation after a transfer
  • Voicemail playback
  • Hold time

Usage is tracked in seconds and rounded up to the nearest minute once per billing period, not per call. Short calls are not penalized.

What Happens If You Go Over

Your agent never stops answering. Ever.

If you use more than your included minutes, additional minutes are billed at your plan's overage rate. There is no circuit breaker — your agent keeps answering calls.

Overage is billed monthly regardless of billing cycle. For annual plans, your base rate is locked in but overage is charged each month.

If a Payment Fails

We give you time. Your agent keeps working during the grace period.

Grace Period

Monthly plans: 7-day grace period
Annual plans: 14-day grace period

What Happens

  1. We retry the payment automatically
  2. You receive email reminders to update your payment method
  3. Your agent keeps answering calls during the grace period
  4. If the grace period expires without payment, your subscription is cancelled

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Here's what happens.

  • Your AI agent stops answering calls immediately
  • Your phone numbers are held for 30 days
  • Your data (knowledge base, call history, settings) is retained for 30 days
  • You can resubscribe anytime within that window to restore everything

Resubscription

Changed your mind? Pick up right where you left off.

  1. Update your payment method (or use the same one if the issue is resolved)
  2. Pay for the current billing period
  3. Service is restored immediately — your agent starts answering again
  4. Phone numbers and data recovered if within the 30-day window

If your numbers were released (after 30 days), you'll go through phone setup again during resubscription.
