How Call Minutes Are Counted

We bill the time a caller is connected to your AI agent — verifiable line by line.

Counts as call minutes

  • Every second the caller is connected to your AI agent
  • Greeting, listening, reasoning, speaking — all of it
  • Hold time while the agent is on the line

Does NOT count

  • Ringing before the agent picks up
  • The portion after the agent transfers and disconnects
  • Calls from numbers on your blocklist (rejected pre-answer)

Every connected minute counts toward your plan — no engagement carve-outs, no exceptions buried in fine print. The number on your invoice matches the seconds in your call log. Usage is tracked in seconds and rounded up to the nearest minute once per billing period, not per call. Short calls are not penalized.

What Happens If You Go Over

Your agent never stops answering. Ever.

If you use more than your included minutes, additional minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate. There is no circuit breaker — your agent keeps answering calls.

Additional minutes are billed monthly regardless of billing cycle. For annual plans, your base rate is locked in but additional-minute charges are billed each month.

If a Payment Fails

We give you time. Your agent keeps working during the grace period.

Grace Period

Monthly plans: 7-day grace period
Annual plans: 14-day grace period

What Happens

  1. We retry the payment automatically
  2. You receive email reminders to update your payment method
  3. Your agent keeps answering calls during the grace period
  4. If the grace period expires without payment, your subscription is cancelled

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Here's what happens.

  • Your AI agent stops answering calls immediately
  • Your phone numbers are held for 30 days
  • Your data (knowledge base, call history, settings) is retained for 30 days
  • You can resubscribe anytime within that window to restore everything

Resubscription

Changed your mind? Pick up right where you left off.

  1. Update your payment method (or use the same one if the issue is resolved)
  2. Pay for the current billing period
  3. Service is restored immediately — your agent starts answering again
  4. Phone numbers and data recovered if within the 30-day window

If your numbers were released (after 30 days), you'll go through phone setup again during resubscription.
