Dialzara publishes clear per-minute pricing, and so do we. The biggest differences are the additional-minute rate and what's included at each price.
Dialzara is one of the clearer-priced services in this category: four plans from $29 to $349 per month, with the additional-minute rate for each ($0.35–$0.48) printed on the pricing page. Setup is a guided flow the company says takes about 15 minutes, with a 1:1 onboarding call included on paid plans.
Allison also bills per minute: $99 to $399 per month with 200–1,500 included minutes, additional minutes at $0.10–$0.15, and setup done for you in a discovery call.
Since both services publish their rates, this comparison is mostly arithmetic. The numbers are below.
Every feature below is included on every plan. No add-ons, no feature gates.
Additional minutes at $0.10–$0.15 versus $0.35–$0.48. If your call volume grows past your plan, the difference compounds.
No questionnaire, no website import to review. Describe your business on the discovery call and your agent is built from it.
Booking, notifications, recordings, integrations, unlimited numbers and team members: included at $99 the same as at $399.
Unlimited concurrent calls, and also unlimited phone numbers, team members, and locations on every plan. Adding a second location doesn't change your subscription.
Both pricing pages are public and both services bill in minutes. Bring last month's phone bill: ten minutes of arithmetic shows exactly what each costs at your volume.
Minutes are half the value; knowing the calls went well is the other half. Watchtower scores every call on five quality dimensions and reports weekly.

Dialzara plan details and pricing verified from dialzara.com in July 2026 and may have changed since; see dialzara.com for current rates. Dialzara is a trademark of its owner; Allison Voice is an independent product with no affiliation to or endorsement from Dialzara. Credit where due: Dialzara publishes its rates clearly, and this page aims to meet the same standard.
The two are structurally similar: both are AI receptionists billed per minute with published rates. The differences: Allison's additional-minute rate is lower ($0.10–$0.15 versus $0.35–$0.48), every feature is on every plan, and setup is a conversation rather than a guided setup flow (Dialzara also includes a 1:1 onboarding call on its paid plans). Dialzara's entry plan is cheaper ($29/month for 60 minutes) if you need very little volume.
A worked example, using each vendor's published rates as of July 2026: for a 300-minute month, Allison Starter is $99 + (100 additional × $0.15) = $114. Dialzara Business Pro is $99 + (80 additional × $0.45) = $135. At exactly $199/month, both include 500 minutes, and additional minutes are $0.12 at Allison versus $0.40 at Dialzara. If your usage stays comfortably inside a plan, the two are close; past the included minutes, the rates diverge.
Both services state that simultaneous callers are all answered rather than queued. On Allison this is part of the platform design on every plan, alongside unlimited phone numbers, team members, and locations.
Both services are month to month, so the switch is low-stakes: take the discovery call, hear your agent, and move your number forwarding when you're satisfied.
Call Allison, describe your business, and she'll build your agent. Or sign up and configure it yourself.
