White-Glove Setup & Integration Services

A human engineer designs, wires, and tests advanced setups with you — custom API tools, webhooks, CRM and calendar integrations — included with any plan at no extra charge.

White-Glove Setup & Integration Services

Standard onboarding is AI-led on purpose: you call Allison, she learns your business, and your agent is ready to configure in minutes. But the most powerful deployments connect your agent to your own systems, and that work deserves an engineer, not a help article. When your setup is technical, a human engineer designs, wires, and tests it with you.

This is included with any plan. There is no setup invoice, no minimum commitment, and no extra charge. Your subscription is the whole price, and call minutes stay the only variable in what you pay.

What counts as an advanced setup

  • Custom API tools — your agent reads from and writes to your own systems mid-call: pricing engines, order lookups, inventory, ticketing. Any system with an API can become an in-call skill.
  • Webhooks into your stack — call outcomes pushed to your CRM, ops console, or workflow tools the moment they happen.
  • Calendar and CRM integration — booking flows across team calendars, services, and locations, with call outcomes synced to your CRM.
  • Multi-location routing — separate numbers, schedules, teams, and knowledge per location.
  • Escalation design — turning your real-world routing rules (who gets a live transfer, who gets a message, and when) into tested escalation logic.
  • Knowledge architecture — organizing hundreds of facts, documents, and FAQs so your agent answers like your best employee.

One real deployment: a freight brokerage whose agent quotes shipments from a live rating engine, texts booking links during the call, and routes carriers by escalation rules.

How an engagement works

  1. Discovery — a call about how your business runs: what callers need, what systems you use, where the complexity lives.
  2. Knowledge and intent design — your knowledge base, call intents, and conversation flows are structured before anything goes live.
  3. Tool and integration wiring — API tools, webhooks, calendars, and routing built against your real systems, with your authorization at every step.
  4. Live test calls — we call the agent the way your customers will and fix what doesn't hold up first.
  5. Tuning and handoff — refinement from the first real calls, then a walkthrough of your dashboard so day-to-day changes stay in your hands.

Scope and timeline are agreed on the consultation before any work starts. Most integrations land in days, not months, but the honest estimate comes from the call, not a promise on a page.

Does it cost anything?

No. Guidance and custom builds are included with your subscription on any plan. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no minimum commitment. The work is scoped together on the consultation so you know exactly what is being built before it starts.

How to get it

  • Ask Allison — on a consultation call, from the dashboard, or in this chat — and she'll get the details captured for the team.
  • Or start at allisonvoice.com/services.

You don't need this to get started. Most businesses go live through standard onboarding with no engineering help at all; this service exists so a technical build never becomes the reason a business can't use the platform.

What's not yet supported

Building an API for a system that doesn't have one — the service wires your agent to systems that expose an API (or work through tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n). If your system has no programmatic access at all, we'll say so on the consultation and look for a workable path, but we can't create one for closed software.

Custom platform features — the service applies the platform's existing capabilities (API tools, webhooks, integrations, routing, knowledge) to your business. It isn't a channel for commissioning new platform features; feature requests go to the team and the roadmap.

Guaranteed turnaround times — timelines depend on scope and on access to your systems, so they're estimated per build on the consultation rather than promised globally.
