Understanding Your Usage Dashboard

How to read your billing dashboard — usage tracking, AI minutes, billing history, and receipts.

The Billing Page

Go to Billing in the dashboard sidebar to see:

Plan Overview

Your current plan, billing cycle (monthly or annual), monthly rate, and renewal date. Shows the current billing period dates.

Usage

A progress bar showing AI minutes used vs included in your plan. Below the bar you'll see:

  • Minutes used this period
  • Minutes remaining
  • If you've exceeded your included minutes, the additional minute count and estimated cost at your per-minute rate

Payment Methods

Your saved payment cards. You can add new cards, set a default, or remove old ones.

Billing History

A chronological list of all billing events — payments, renewals, plan changes, overage charges. Each entry shows the date, type, and amount.

Download receipts: Payment events have a download icon. Click it to download a PDF receipt for that payment — suitable for expense reports and accounting.

Billing Address

Optional — fill in your billing address if you need it to appear on PDF receipts. This doesn't affect your subscription.

Understanding AI Minutes

AI minutes count only when your agent is actively engaged:

  • Counts: Greeting, listening, reasoning, speaking
  • Doesn't count: Ringing, hold time, human-to-human after transfer, voicemail playback

Rounding is applied once per billing period, not per call.

Changing Plans

Click the plan selector on the billing page to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Cancellation

The cancel button is at the bottom of the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period — you keep access until then. Your phone number is released after a 30-day suspension period.
