How Allison Voice pricing works — three plans, transparent pricing, every connected minute counts.

Allison Voice has three plans. Every plan includes the full platform — unlimited locations, phone numbers, team members, integrations, knowledge entries, concurrent calls, and Watchtower quality scoring. The only difference between plans is the number of included call minutes per month.

The Plans

Starter — $99/month

  • 200 call minutes included
  • $0.15 per additional minute

Professional — $199/month

  • 500 call minutes included
  • $0.12 per additional minute

Business — $399/month

  • 1,500 call minutes included
  • $0.10 per additional minute

How Call Minutes Are Counted

We bill the time a caller is connected to your AI agent. Every connected minute counts toward your plan, with no engagement carve-outs and no exceptions buried in fine print. The number on your invoice matches the seconds in your call log, verifiable line by line.

Time that does NOT count:

  • Ringing — the time before your AI agent picks up
  • Calls from blocked numbers — rejected pre-answer with a busy signal
  • The portion after a transfer disconnects your agent — once your agent hands off and drops, that leg of the call no longer counts

Rounding is applied once per billing period, not per call. A 30-second call isn't rounded up to a full minute.

Additional Minutes

If you use more than your included minutes, additional minutes are billed at the per-minute rate for your plan. There is no circuit breaker — your agent never stops answering the phone because you hit a limit. Additional minute charges appear on your next invoice.

Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
