Affiliate and Partner Program

Allison Voice has an affiliate program for people who want to refer businesses to the platform and earn recurring commission. It is open today. Agencies, consultants, IT and managed-service providers, integrators, and anyone with a network of business owners can join. There is no cost to apply and the relationship is non-exclusive.

A separate white-label program (reselling Allison under your own brand) is a different thing, and it is still in development. See the white-label section below.

What you earn

Approved affiliates earn 20% of the subscription revenue from every customer they refer.

• 18-month base term. For each referred customer, you earn 20% of their subscription revenue for the first 18 months after their initial paid month. This base term is guaranteed, regardless of your partner status.
• Active Partner extension. After the base term, commission on that customer keeps accruing at the same 20%, with no end date, for as long as you remain an Active Partner.

Active Partner status

The base term is yours no matter what. The open-ended extension past 18 months depends on staying active.

• You are Active in a given month if you were approved within the last 12 months, or you have had at least one qualifying signup in the last 12 months. New affiliates are automatically Active for their first 12 months.
• A qualifying signup is a referred business that has made at least one successful payment and whose account is at least 30 days old. The 30-day window keeps a quick signup-then-cancel from counting.
• If 12 months pass with no qualifying signup, you become Inactive. There is a 60-day grace period where your existing book keeps paying out. After grace, commission on customers past their 18-month base term pauses until you bring a new qualifying signup. Customers still inside their base term keep paying you normally the whole time.
• Reactivating is immediate. The next qualifying signup restores commission across your whole book from that date forward. There is no back-pay for the inactive stretch.

How a referral is credited

You get a referral link with your own code. When someone visits the site through your link and signs up within the next 90 days, that business is attributed to you. Attribution is first-touch and locks at signup, so it is not overwritten later.

Getting paid

• Commission accrues monthly, once Allison Voice receives and clears the subscriber's payment.
• A balance under $50 rolls into the next month rather than paying out a tiny amount.
• Payouts go out by ACH or mailed check, your choice.
• A completed W-9 is required before your first payout. Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes.
• If a referred customer is refunded within the same calendar month, that month's commission is reversed. After that window there is no clawback. When a customer cancels, commission stops the month after cancellation.

How to join

1. Apply at allisonvoice.com/affiliate-program. The application is a short multi-step form (basic info, your background, your network, and the program acknowledgments).
2. The team reviews every application. Approval is not automatic.
3. Once approved, you sign in to your partner dashboard with a magic link (a one-time link sent to your email, no password). The dashboard is at allisonvoice.com/affiliate/dashboard and shows your referral link, referred customers, commission, and payouts.

The affiliate account is separate from a subscriber account. If you are both an Allison Voice customer and an affiliate, those are two separate logins that share nothing but your email.

White-label / reselling (in development)

Some partners want to resell Allison under their own brand rather than refer customers to Allison Voice. That white-label program is in development and not available yet. We will not sign anyone up for it or quote terms until it opens.

The maximum we promise today is that we will follow up. Partner types we are tracking interest from include marketing and digital agencies, managed-service providers, system integrators, software providers, BPOs and call centers, telecom resellers, and vertical consultants.

What this program does not do

• White-label is not live. You cannot resell Allison under your own brand today. It is in development, interest capture only.
• No back-pay for inactive periods. If you lapse and later reactivate, commission resumes going forward, not retroactively.
• No raising commission by re-referring. Attribution is first-touch and locks at signup. A business is credited to one affiliate.
• Non-circumvention. Affiliates agree not to steer attributed customers to a competing service during the agreement and for 12 months after.
• Payout methods are ACH or check only. There is no PayPal option.
