Allison Voice Affiliate Program

Allison Voice runs an affiliate program for agencies, consultants, and MSPs who serve small and medium businesses. Allison answers every call for the SMBs you serve — you make the introduction; we operate the product.

Commission terms

• 20% of subscriber monthly recurring revenue on settled invoices
• 18-month base term per referred customer, guaranteed regardless of your partner status
• Active Partner extension: past the base term, commission continues on every customer in your book indefinitely while you remain an Active Partner
• Commissions accrue monthly; payouts require a $50 minimum batch total

How Active Partner status works

After the 18-month base term, the commission gate switches to your Active Partner status.

• You are Active by default for the first 12 months after approval (newly-approved grace).
• You stay Active by bringing at least one new paying customer in any trailing 12-month window.
• A new customer counts as "paying" once they have been on Allison for at least 30 days with a successful payment. This prevents short-lived signups from gaming the gate.
• If 12 months pass without a qualifying signup, you become Inactive. Commissions on your existing book continue through a 60-day grace period. After grace, commissions past month 18 pause until you re-activate.
• Bringing one new paying customer at any time re-activates you. Commissions resume on your entire book from the re-activation date forward. No back-payment for the gap.
• Customers still inside their 18-month base term are unaffected by partner status changes.

3. When the prospect signs up, we lock referred_by_affiliate_id on their organization
4. Self-referrals (same email as the affiliate) are blocked

Who can apply

We look for existing SMB client relationships, integrity, and ability to explain the product honestly. We review every application within 1 to 2 business days.

Application requirements include government ID upload at signup and W-9 before first payout.

Onboarding after approval

Approved affiliates complete dashboard tasks:

1. Contact info
2. Payment settings (ACH or mailed check)
3. Sign the affiliate agreement (PDF stored securely)
4. Upload W-9

Payouts

• Monthly commission cron sums payment_success billing events for the prior calendar month
• Admin creates payout batches when accrued commissions meet the minimum
• Commission PDF reports are emailed to affiliates
• Mark-paid requires admin reauthentication

Refunds and cancellations

• Refunds in the same billing month reverse the commission for that period
• After payout, we do not claw back prior months
• Cancellations stop future commissions the month after the subscriber cancels
